[SDK immigration issue] Product key is not working.

Hi there~
I have validation issue on the product key.
Whenever the app is launched, the toast is shown as below external link image. These are our history to solve this problem.

1. Regression tested latest application build using legacy Android SDK
•Built application and APK using Android 9 SDK and Knox 3.5
•Installed and ran application on Galaxy Note 9 and Galaxy Tab S4
•Observed successes on both devices to validate product key

2. Update Android application to latest Knox SDK per device
•Galaxy S20 runs Knox 3.5, updated application to use Knox SDK 3.5
•Factory reset Galaxy S20
•Connected Galaxy S20 to Android platform tools ADB
•Installed and ran application to test product key validation
•Observed failure to validate product key

3. Update Android application to latest Android SDK per device
•Galaxy S20 runs Android 10, updated application to Android Q SDK
•Factory reset Galaxy S20
•Connected Galaxy S20 to Android platform tools ADB
•Installed and ran application to test product key validation
•Observed failure to validate product key

4. Update Android application to use latest Samsung Knox namespace
•Factory reset Galaxy S20
•Connected Galaxy S20 to Android platform tools ADB
•Installed and ran application to test product key validation
•Observed failure to validate product key

In Short, the product key is working on Note9 and Tab S4, but it is not working on latest device like S20.
How can I make it work properly on S20?

Hello Jongun Won,

I am sorry to hear you are having issues activating your key. Let us troubleshoot the cause together.

Could you please use our 'Check license key tool' ( https://www2.samsungknox.com/en/dashboard/license-keys ), input the license key you are trying to activate, and provide me with the resulting information:

  1. What is the key's Product ID?
  2. What is the total number of seats it can take, and what is the current number of seats activated?
  3. What is the 'Valid period'?
  4. Is the 'Status' still 'Active'?

Also, if possible, please try and activate the license again on the S20, but this time please capture device logs and see if you can isolate log statements that can be related to the license activation (look for the keyword 'license', error messages, error codes, etc).

Please provide the information from the 'Check license key' tool, and also any license-related log statements you can find.
